docload helps authenticated users connect Gmail and Google Drive, filter matching incoming email attachments, and upload selected files to a chosen Google Drive folder.
docload processes account email addresses, local login data, selected Gmail messages and attachments that match user-defined filters, and Google Drive folder metadata required to save uploaded files.
OAuth tokens issued by Google are stored only to maintain the Gmail and Google Drive connections requested by the user.
The data is used only to authenticate users, run the requested Gmail-to-Google-Drive automation flow, show connector status in the interface, and prevent duplicate processing of already imported messages.
docload does not sell personal data. Data is shared only with Google services that the user explicitly connects and only to the extent required for the requested functionality.
To protect sign-in, docload uses Google reCAPTCHA. Its processing is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Google OAuth tokens and related connection metadata are stored only on the server side and are used only to maintain the Gmail and Google Drive connections explicitly requested by the user.
Access to stored data is limited to the application itself and to authorized administrators who need that access to operate or support the service.
User login passwords are not stored in plain text. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections when users interact with the service and when the service communicates with Google APIs.
OAuth connection data, selected processing metadata, and account-related records are retained only while the user's account or connected integration remains active, and only for as long as they are needed to operate the service, prevent duplicate processing, support administration, or meet legal obligations.
Imported files are stored in the Google Drive folder selected by the user and remain there under the user's Google Drive controls unless the user removes them from Google Drive.
Users can revoke Google access at any time through their Google account settings or by disconnecting Gmail or Google Drive inside docload.
When a user disconnects Gmail or Google Drive, stored connection data related to that integration is removed from docload. When a user account is deleted, associated OAuth connection records and processing metadata are deleted from docload.
Users or customer administrators may also request deletion of account-related data by contacting the service operator.
